Lisa Alsford started Higher Holistics in 2008 and her vision to provide therapies that nurture the body, mind and spirit has continually motivated her each step of the way.  Lisa decided to become a therapist following a period of treatment for stress, anxiety and grief.  Her personal experiences have enabled Lisa to relate to her clients with a truly understanding and caring approach.

Lisa qualified from Leicester College in 2004 with a Diploma in Holistic Therapies awarded by VTCT.  She studied Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Swedish Body Massage, Anatomy & Physiology and the relevant health & safety modules.  Continuing to develop her skills and knowledge is very important to Lisa, gaining further qualifications in Spiritual Healing from the World Federation of Healers and advanced levels in Aromatherapy and Massage Techniques.

We care, we empathise and we help you to feel better.  We treat the whole person and promote positivity through the full range of therapies and treatments available.

Our private therapy room offers a calm setting in which you can relax, feel comfortable and unhurried during your visit.  We only see one client at a time, we don't have a waiting room and there is ample time between appointments should you arrive late.  A warm welcome is always guaranteed at times to suit you.  We have off street parking facilities and a mobile service if you cannot make it to us.
